Banana Oatmeal Pancakes

These pancakes have a very tasty banana oat flavor with still being light and fluffy! The most awesome thing about these pancakes is they have no added sugar! The natural sweetness from the ripe bananas is just perfect. 😄

I used my left over strawberry syrup and it paired amazingly with these pancakes. I recommend that combo.

Living in the Central Valley there is no shortage of oranges. We have a bunch that were starting to look a little haggard, but they are still delicious for fresh squeezed orange juice! It took about 14 small to large sized oranges and 4 tangerines to fill a 3 cup mason jar. Before juicing roll each orange around on the counter to get the juiciness flowing. I used an original style orange juicer and was able to knock out my arm work out for today as well. Simply Orange can’t hold a candle to this deliciousness…
